The Catchers! American Reading Club

For those who want to read more deeply (not just go through the motions), we launched The Catchers! American Reading Club with Volodymyr Byehlov. Club meetings are about lively conversations, attentive listening, and books as a way to see yourself and the world better.

We catch stories and meanings to discuss them together. Less scrolling—more pages. Less noise—more content. We read in a language we're comfortable with, and we discuss in Ukrainian.

To make it convenient for everyone, The Catchers! club selects books that are easy to find in both English and Ukrainian!

If you want to read in English, you can take a paper copy to read at the America House Lviv office or get free access to the eLibrary USA collection.

The Catchers! read at a comfortable pace—one book per month. We meet at the end of each month to share impressions.
