In the United States, students are reading less and less, even in school. According to The New York Times, many teenagers are only assigned one or two full books to read per school year, and that 12th grade reading scores are at an all time low. So, as reading levels decline, has reading become a radical act? How can we encourage younger generations to read more? Is it even possible, or is it a lost cause?
